Restorative Yoga for Pre-Teens & Teens | Teacher Training
Learn to Share the Gift of Relaxation
My name is Mandy Lawson and I am so happy to be your guide through the world of Restorative Yoga for the young people in your life. I have been teaching yoga to children and adults for ten years, and there is nothing more rewarding than knowing that what you're sharing with others makes a difference in their lives. This is why I have created this training. Now, more than ever, pre-teens and teens need new ways to relax, to de-stress and turn their attention inward. Through the practice of Restorative Yoga, we can give them the skills to self-soothe, relax and find peace within themselves in a safe and healthy way.
In this completely online, self paced training you'll learn all you need to know to get started with sharing this practice with your own children or with the kids you teach. You'll keep access to this training for life!
