Do we grow new brain cells as adults?! Yes, we do!

This is called neurogenesis, and we can help our brain produce new cells through lifestyle choices, including yoga practices.

This course is designed to teach you what neurogenesis is, how it works, and how to integrate that knowledge to improve mental health and well-being.

Philosophy, tradition, and science all come together in a beautiful way in this course.

The study of yoga provides a perspective on living well and brain science offers a different, but complementary view. It's fascinating how these two areas of study overlap.

The course covers six factors that can improve neurogenesis. You will receive ideas, practices, recipes, and more to help you make small changes needed to foster more peace of mind and a happier life!

This course is totally self-paced. You can work on it when you have time and you'll keep access for life!

If you're a Yoga Alliance registered Yoga Teacher, you'll receive 8 hours of Continuing Education credits.

If you'd like to receive a certificate upon completion of the course, please email [email protected].
